Hi, I’m Chris
I’m a guitar playing, kettlebell slingin’ fitness guy. I also like rock climbing and recently took up mixed martial arts (boxing, kickboxing, and BJJ). I’m not very good at either, but I do enjoy the hell out of them!
A bit about me…
I’ve been a personal trainer over a decade — and started training with kettlebells almost a decade ago. In 2018 I began coaching group fitness classes and 1:1 training at a small local gym in the Philly area.
After years of coaching part-time, with one foot in the door of the fitness world (what I love) and the other foot in the corporate world as a marketing director (paid the bills), I decided to blend the two and create a full-time online coaching resource where I create workout programs, instruction videos, meal plans, you name it… all focused around kettlebell training.
